Placing an Order is Easy

Our cases are loaded daily with a large variety of top-selling cakes, cookies,  brownies & bars, and desserts baked fresh and ready to go.

 

If you want a specific product, we suggest pre-ordering a minimum of one full week* in advance.
Please call the bakery for immediate assistance. Orders require prepayment.
We do not accept orders via voicemail or social media.  We do not ship our products.
Email inquiries are checked often but if you need immediate assistance, please call.

 

​Order modifications and cancellations must be made 3 full business days prior to pick-up date to receive a Bakery credit or refund, 5 days during all major Holidays & Graduation season. 
NOTE: Orders placed or cancelled less than 3 full business days from pick-up date are Non-Refundable.

​We experience high-demand periods many times throughout the year.

Please understand that we are sometimes limited to the number of orders and time consuming cakes we can accept during these times. Specifically intricate fondant work or buttercream drawings.

*During Graduation and Wedding season, peak Summer, and all major Holidays, we suggest placing pre-orders as early as 2 full weeks in advance.
We do not have firm pre-order deadlines, but determine them as we assess orders.  

​If it becomes necessary to stop accepting pre-orders as we near a specific Holiday or busy season,
just call us the day-of and we'll tell you what is available right then. We are happy to write on a cake from our case but we cannot include additional decorations. Prepayment is required. 

 

 Custom Cakes

We take great care to get every order right.  In an effort to maintain clear communication on custom artwork orders, we ask that you place your order in person or by email, that way we can more easily include all of the pertinent details, attach color swatches and art references. 
Every order is shown to you for approval at time of pick-up. If necessary, we can generally make decorating modifications while you wait. We recommend that orders are picked up by the person who placed the order.
Once an order is accepted by the customer and it leaves the bakery, we are not responsible for errors, damage, product mishandling, storage, etc.

Products need to be transported on a flat surface to avoid sliding and damage during transit. Please refrigerate cakes and cupcakes if you will be serving more than an hour or so after pickup. Allow one hour for cakes to come to room temperature before serving.

 Payment

We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard,  American Express and Discover cards. 

All orders require prepayment of at least 50%
